03/05/03 As long time resident of Millinocket it does my heart good to read about my home. Given the state of the world reading about home helps remind myself of the reason I joined the millitary. The people of Millinocket are strong and with all that is happening with the Mill, the folks there will pull through, I know it in my heart that they will. Keep up reporting about my, our home please. And to those people back home my wife and I send our prayers for a good outcome to the Mill issue. For those who forget what happened before WW-II , The world placated Hitler for years and what happened? Lets not have another mistake, I have been over most of this world in service to my Country as has my wife , she served in Desert Storm. We both have seen what other country's think of Americans it is not always a nice picture. But these young people from Europe and Asia forget that, if not for America and her allies, Hitler,Tojo, and the rest of the Axis would have overun the world. Let’s not ! do this again. Stand by our folks protecting your rights as FREE Americans. You don't have to agree, but thats your right. God save America, God help save us from dictators like Saddam Hussain.
