MILLINOCKET -- VFW Auxiliary meets the 3rd Monday of every month, at the Post HQ. 7:00 p.m.

MILLINOCKET -- American Legion Donald V. Henry Post 80 membership meeting will be held on the 1st Monday and 3rd Monday of the month at 7:00 p.m. until further notice.

Tuesday

MEDWAY -- Katahdin Tri-Town Search & Rescue meeting/training at 6:30 p.m. at old Medway Primary School. Open to all, age 14 and up. For more information, call John at 746-3017.

MEDWAY -- Senior Citizens meeting at the DAV Hall at 12:30 every Tuesday. All area senior citizens are welcome.

Wednesday

MILLINOCKET -- The Wooden Canoe Festival for the Tri-Town area is Wednesday, June 4, at 7:00 p.m. at the Katahdin Area Chamber of Commerce building at 1029 Central Street. Call 723-4443 for more information.

MILLINOCKET -- The Shrine-Mason Convention will be held in Millinocket from June 19-21, but June 21 is the only date that will involve the general public, the rest being taken up by private meetings and conferences the Shriners and Masons will be conducting.

EAST MILLINOCKET -- New England Job Corps meets at the East Millinocket Career Center, 1 Industrial Drive (KATEC) on the 2nd Wednesday of every month, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

MILLINOCKET -- Plus & Minus Club meets from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church, 40 Highland Avenue.

MILLINOCKET -- Katahdin Area Rotary Club meets every Wednesday at noon at King Festa’s on Central Street.

Thursday

MEDWAY -- Medway Tops weigh-in is held from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m. every Thursday at the Medway Middle School.

MILLINOCKET -- Public supper at Northern Timber Cruiser, on the 1st and 3rd Thursdays of the month, from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m.

MILLINOCKET -- The Fin & Feather Club meets on the 3rd Thursday of each month at 7:00 p.m. at the VFW Hall on Oxford Street. Refreshments are served, and guests are welcome.

MILLINOCKET -- Stearns Class of 1947 meets on the 1st Friday of each month at the Penobscot Room, at 12:30 p.m.
