Free Time Challenges is a program for youths ages 12-15 only. Adult staff will offer this year-round program in five 10-week sessions. The $10 fee is waived for this 10-week session. Youths must register at the Recreation Office. A copy of the youth’s school report card is required at the beginning of each registration. Parents and youths are required to complete a survey regarding the program.

Youths will have unlimited use of the Center. The goal is to encourage youths to experiment, practice, and learn in an organized structure and safe environment. Youth development in this environment will take on a more positive tone, which will change communities and renew society.
