"People!" - I used to love when Councilor McLaughin would bellow that out from the Chairman seat of the Charlie Saunders Town Council Chambers as he called for the public to participate. I shout it out today for the same call to order as I sound this warning. "People! We must have Judge Stitham retire or be removed from the bench in our area or any judgment of meaning."
We all know what will really happen, but it must be done. We need someone who respects the law, uses proper judgment, is able to be fair, is beyond reproach, or bribe; monetary, or personal. Judge Stitham gets an F in all these areas. Millinocket deserves better. I imagine that Dover-Foxcroft in Piscatiquis County, and Lincoln here in own County of Penobscot would all be better off, as well. The Maine Judiciary rotates him around to spread his tyranny and abuse all around our region. I wouldn't take my case before Judge Stitham if I were you. I'd have the case remanded to a fair and impartial Judiciary, even if that's difficult to find in Maine. It certainly isn't much better in Penobscot County Superior Court in front of Judge Hjelms, an obvious Stitham cohort.
I know we probably won't be sent anyone any better, more fair, or beyond the temptation of corruption that all power possesses; but if we pray, and ask the Lord for justice, collectively, and have full expectation that our prayers will bring about the reality that we pray for, then a blessing will come to the Highlands of Maine rather than the curse that is presently in our midst.
There is an seedy connection the way the Judge the protector of the laws, the people and the constitution, works with the police, and the District Attorney, those who are bringing the evil of authoritarianism among us; and illegal pact that will be exposed before my case is finished. They are like the Axis of Evil in their Gestapo-like Uniforms, Tactics, and Procedures. This unholy marriage between the Enemy of Justice, Judge Stitham, and his henchmen the Police, tax collectors with a gun, and the DA Almy need to be fully investigated and exposed. They must be stopped if Maine is going to be free and prosperous once again. Child Custody, Innocence vs. Guilt, Search Warrants, Arrest Warrants, Divorce, Fines, and Sentencing: too much power is possessed by these men too allow for such gross lack of character or honor.
Tip O'Niel, former Speaker of the House and the representative from the District where I went to high school used to say "All government is local," and even if these atrocities began on high from Washington, "All government is local," we still have some manner of local control and one of the best ways of keeping it will begin with calling for Judge Stitham's and Christopher Almy's resignation before investigation brings about their termination for corruption, and a lack of respect for the law, as well as their respect for you and I, "The People."
Funny, I never even realized the metaphor, when I began this, but the very seat that call to order and participation came from, "People," is the same seat where the man in black, the abomination that brings about the desolation, sits. Judge Stitham needs to get out of that seat. If this is still a country governed by the People and for the People, his seat will be vacated and the People will once again receive the fairness and impartiality that they deserve without the risk of their lives, their pursuit of happiness, and their freedoms ever being taken from them again.
We're also going to get rid the Bar of the local Legion of Doom, other Stitham / Almy lackeys including co-conspirators and so called Public Defenders, Randy Day of Garland, Maine, and do-nothing Richard Johnson of the Lincoln Court, who are both responsible for betraying the public trust by their voluntary participation in this tyrannical conspiracy. How can these men be trusted to do the trustworthy thing by their clients when they have already proven by their inaction and actions that they can't be trusted with the truth of the law?
People!
(Don't doubt. Specifics will follow, but high authorities will soon be conducting investigations, which is exactly why the date this of published if far aside from when it was actually written.)
