I'm about to begin releasing some information here that pertains to the closing of the former Great Northern Paper Mill and presently the Katahdin Paper Company that will open up some eyes, and likely anger some. I've had most of these written for sometime, because I've always known that the civil rights violations I've endured in Penobscot County Court rooms, and the hands of local law enforcement were made up my the local Police Chief to cover up grave eras by the police in our town. No law enforcement agency has the power to make "she said so," complaints into criminal charges without evidence that would be civil charges at best accept as part of a greater conspiracy to silence a former local news correspondent for researching and telling the truth. Now even the DA and local judges have entered the fray, violating their oaths of office and furthering this conspiracy to obstruct justice by violating civil rights, the highest law of the land, to cover up for the Millinocket Police errors. They've played into the hand quite well enough to incriminate more than one public official. Thanks guys and gals. This situation isn't going away quickly, and when properly investigated by either State or Federal officials will likely result in more than one firing, or perhaps charges of a more serious nature. I'm reminded of one of many great quotes by former Supreme Court Justice, Louis Brandeis.
"Our government... teaches the whole people by its example. If the government becomes the lawbreaker, it breeds contempt for law; it invites every man to become a law unto himself; it invites anarchy."
I'm going to release information for you in articles I'm still putting together, but with proof they know that I've known since before I even took up pen in hand to write for the Katahdin Times. Why do you think I was removed from that job because of town councilor complaints, and stopped from getting a home equity loan to pay off my back taxes which occurred because of hardship, winter water damage, and non-stop police harassment from the Millinocket Police Department after I got involved with the Unions trying to help put together an Employee Stock Option Plan during the bankruptcy in 2003-2004.? It isn't like I'm collecting rents on my places and not paying people. I've been harassed, and had more rights denied and taken away that anyone should have to endure. I'm more than happy to pay when I can afford to, and when I have the freedom to finish the needed repairs to make the places rent-able.
See, I haven't given out the information I have because I just wanted to go on with my life, get married to a Northern Maine girl, have a family, pay my taxes, cut my grass, start a slew of small businesses, and take care of my house. But I know for a fact that Bruce McLean, Don McNeil, Matt Polstein, and maybe some others at the Millinocket Area Growth and Investment Corporation have worked to use your dollars to fund their time to assist in closing the great Northern Paper Company, and to finance research for their own personal business ventures at your expense. Just look at some of the MAGIC friendly town councilor's voting record regarding the TIF which is soon responsible for unemploying you, as well as the annexation issue that occurred not long before my legal troubles. See, I haven't released this information before not because I knew some of my town councilors got me fired from my job at a critical time in life for me, but part of the reason why I didn't tell is I know there are enough people in Millinocket who would have the courage to commit violence toward the perpetrators attempting to steal your livelihood, and break you down into servitude, forcing you to build their new Kingdom on the ridge because they are personally responsible for destroying the economic engine, and quite possibly closing down your entire community. If you don't believe me just read Millinocket's new Long-Term Plan written much of it on Magic time by Bruce McLean and mentors.
I know that when you know what I know, it will be very difficult not to do some terrible things; but even though these men may very well deserve such treatment or worse, I implore you not to do such a thing. I've known all this time exactly how responsible they are, and I've only lost one job, and many of you have had your health care, your income, and had your pensions stolen. What really needs to happen is for every employee, vendor, employee of a vendor, or construction worker whoever worked for or in the former Great Northern Paper Company to call the U.S. Attorney's Office in Bangor, her name is Paula Silsby, and urge them to conduct a conspiracy, and corruption investigation into Magic, Matthew (Matt) Polstein, Don McNeil, Bruce McLlean, and others to be indicted during investigation. I wouldn't direct all of my anger at Brookfield Power, or their Katahdin Paper and Woodlands, or even at Lambert Bedard; instead, be angry at the puppets behind them. Have the people investigated who are pulling the strings and profiting from their puppets. Empower yourself by taking the action to notify or have your unions notify the U.S. Attorney's Office to protect your rights and look at who really is behind the curtain. The contact information for Paula Silsby is:

My sacred civil rights are currently being egregiously violated in a consolidated effort to keep me out of town, and from telling you the real reasons why these tyrants are so far being able to get away with such violations that are being allowed by a knowing administration in the State House. I have evidence - huge evidence to indict and convict these people once an investigation is conducted. I might have not ever told this information beyond my own driveway had they not so insanely taken my rights away as if each civil servant were above the law. The U.S. Attorney might have not gotten involved in such heavy charges had this only been about my little job at the newspaper, but since the real reason for my current legal troubles and civil rights violations like the denial of represenation and a speedy trial have always been about relieving Bowater from your long term health care liability, and the pensions that you, your parents, and grandparents all worked so hard for all those years. It was all a manufactured trap, put together by these men, their smoke screen, and cohorts, and now because it is so many of your jobs the Federal Government will have to get involved and provide you with an exhausitive report of their findings. When Silsby does conduct a real investigation of this corruption there is No Way the US Attorney won't come up with indictments of numerous people on these allegations.
The current Maine administration is well behind the environmental agenda to close your mill, and confiscate the resources of wood, and water from Northern Maine. Maines' Attorney General, Steven Rowe, who wants to become the Governor to continue the Baldacci Administrations profits and policies; has been aware of this information for quite some time, and failed to ever ask a question. When the State fails to protect your rights then it it the job of the Federal Government to Protect your rights, and these are Federal Crimes for sure. Wait until someone checks out their investments, those of their friends, children, and even grandchildren. I'd love to see how many shares they have in Brookfield, or Brascan, or whatever holding company it is today. Maybe you can add insider trading, to corruption, and conspiracy. I know there's certainly been conspiracy to obstruct justice, and I personally am looking forward to answering those questions and having the federal government begin to right these wrongs. Don't start buying new computers and deleting emails people, they (The U.S. Attorney's Office on subpoena) can find out about that too.
The only reason why we are being told that the Mill might open up again is because this has been an election year. Actually seeing it start up again, as opposed to hiring you to help take apart the Number 11 Paper Machine, and pack it up for someone else to profit from somewhere else will be a real miracle. I'm hoping for a restart, and good jobs staying put here in the Katahdin Region for a long time to come, but if any of you think that's going to happen without a fight you'll likely be sorely disapointed.
