Senator Max Baucus (D-MT) and others who participate in these criminal, Un-Constitutional scams against the American people, have violated their Oath Of Office and must be removed from office, immediately, and retroactively back to the first such offense, even if the first offense happened years or decades ago. Violation of the Oath Of Office makes an elected official ineligible for holding current and future government office. Violation of the Oath Of Office makes the offending official liable for return of all pay, retirement benefits, expenses reimbursements, and staff salaries and office rent, back to the date of first violation, even if the first offense happened years or decades ago. In addition, the offending official's name must be removed from the voting record starting at the time of the first offense and all laws must be adjusted to reflect the change, even if that voids longstanding laws and associated regulations.
For now, stop all this phony Health Care and other nonsense going through Congress. Then start prosecuting all Senators, Representatives, and current and former Presidents who violated their Oath Of Office to 'support and defend the Constitution of the United States.'
Based on their collective service records, Democrats are criminals and Republicans are wimps. Criminals must be removed from government. Wimps need to grow backbones and rebuild traditional, conservative, Constitutional government, not 'Reach Across The Aisle' to help Democrats expand their criminal activities. If we don't take out the governmental trash, then American government, American society, and the American people will crash down into Third World status in the near future.
