The T.E.A. Party Movement - Taxed Enough Already - continues gathering speed in southeastern Missouri.

Today's TEA Party rally was held in the large parking lot next to the Courthouse Annex in Farmington, St. Francois County, Missouri, and attracted hundreds of participants including several dozen motorcyclists.

More and more, we hear the recurring theme that our federal government has gone WAY out-of-bounds into legislative territory that is flatly Un-Constitutional. While the TEA Party was in progress, the House of Representatives, U. S. Congress, was debating and voting on the most recent example of blatant Un-Constitutionality - the Democrats' Health Care bill.

Health Care is not a Constitutionally authorized federal government function. Details simply do not matter. One Amendment or another can be added or deleted, individual features and government mandates can come and go in the bill. Regardless of any changes, the Health Care bill itself is fundamentally Un-Constitutional, and is so riddled with Un-Constitutional provisions as to make everyone involved with crafting or voting to approve the Bill in direct violation of their Oath Of Office to ' . . . support, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.' The only people who are not in violation are those who Vote NO.

One speaker, a former Marine and now candidate for State elected office, told us that Marines take an Oath to '. . . protect the United States Constitution against all enemies, both foreign and domestic . . .'. Elected officials who violate their Oath of Office clearly fall within the category of 'domestic enemies' and must be removed from office. The next step after removal needs to be a lengthy prison sentence and huge monetary fine. This violation is not an overdue parking ticket - this is Contempt for the U.S. Constitution and the American People, and needs to be treated in most serious terms.

The weather today was warm and sunny, a huge improvement from the last TEA Party where rain fell off-and-on the entire time.

American People are waking up and getting active. It is about time. Decades of indifference and Party politics have allowed evil to take root and flourish in government.

Section 8 of the U. S. Constitution clearly says what the federal government is allowed to do. The 9th and 10th Amendments to the U. S. Constitution clearly state that anything and everything not allowed by Section 8 of the U. S. Constitution is strictly off-limits to federal government activity.

In recent years, and especially since President Obama took office and Democrats assumed control of Congress, Un-Constitutional laws have been flooding out of Congress. Laws such as Health Care, Hate Crimes, Cash For Clunkers, Bailouts, Endangered Species and the ever-popular attacks on First, Second and Fifth Amendment rights.

Democrats abandoned Constitutional government in favor of crafting laws designed to control every aspect of citizens' lives. Democrats are flinging open our national borders to Illegal Immigration and blanket amnesty, expecting that the swarm of new arrivals will be so grateful to receive government welfare handouts that they will vote the Democrat Party into power forever, replacing our Representative Republic with an everlasting Democrat Party dynasty.

As the former Marine speaker noted, the Second Amendment does not exist to protect your right to hunt. The Second Amendment that guarantees your right 'To Keep And Bear Arms' is your last line of defense against tyrannical government.

The evildoers are competent in their craft. America is teetering on the brink of social and governmental disaster. Those in government who violate their Oath of Office are getting away with their treason, at least for now.

But maybe not much longer.
