Remove Illegitimates from Congress - And Don't Re-elect Them!

As the next election approaches we are being offered, with the exception of Ron Paul, another menu of the same old same old.

Democrats drag us closer and closer toward national Socialism. Republicans enable Democrats. Corruption abounds.

Is there ANY way to remove those career political turkeys from government?

Yes, there is.

Fortunately, the law prevents lawsuits against Congressional officials while carrying out their official duties. Were this not so, every law would be litigated by some oddball political group and nothing constructive would get accomplished.

However, even Congressional officials and the President are not immune from Breach Of Contract lawsuits. Failure to perform duties in the manner prescribed by the U.S. Constitution is sufficient grounds for removal from office.

Article 2, Section 1, of the U.S. Constitution says "Before he (the President) enter on the Execution of the Office, he shall take the following Oath or Affirmation: 'I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.'"

Article 6 says "The Senators and Representatives before mentioned, and the Members of the several State Legislatures, and all executive and judicial Officers, shall be bound by Oath or Affirmation, to support this Constitution . . ."

These requirements to support the U.S. Constitution are a contract with the American people and an absolute requirement to enter and remain in office. Violation of the agreement to support the U.S. Constitution is sufficient ground for permanent removal from office, retroactive to the date of first violation, and a bar to future government service effective from the date of first violation.

When an official violates the Oath of Office by failing to support the U.S. Constitution, at that time that person's official status is voided. From that time forward, all future pay and benefits are voided and all votes rendered illegitimate. If the official remains in office, that person criminally impersonates a legitimate elected official and is subject to fines, imprisonment, and the necessity to return all pay, benefits, office rent, expense reimbursements and retirement pay. The official, having violated the Oath of Office, is from the date of first violation rendered unfit and ineligible for future election to office.

Violation of one's Oath of Office occurs when an official creates, sponsors, cosponsors, or votes to approve any of the following:

A law that is found, in any part, to be Unconstitutional, even if later corrected.

A law that attempts to undermine the Constitution, such as legislation designed to remove or reduce Second Amendment rights to keep and bear arms.

A law that oversteps Constitutionally assigned powers, such as the proliferation of 'earmarks' that give taxpayer money to local projects in violation of the 9th and 10th Amendments to the U.S. Constitution.

A law that favors 'minority' or other 'victim' groups in violation of the 14th Amendment.

A law or Appropriation for federal government purchase, acquisition, or condemnation of land, in violation of Constitutional restrictions on federal government land ownership imposed in Article 1, Section 8 of the U.S. Constitution.

This is wide-open territory for public interest litigation to clean out the Congressional opportunists and end their ongoing damage to our laws and American way of life.

Nearly everyone in the current lineup of Congressional and Governor Presidential candidates has violated their Oath of Office to support the U.S. Constitution, in most cases massively and chronically. Ron Paul, nicknamed 'Dr. No' for his refusal to vote for unconstitutional legislation, may be the only candidate who does not have a long rap sheet of ongoing violations.

That means nearly everyone is pre-disqualified for running for elected office and must leave the race or be tossed out forcefully. We all suffer when hypocrites who violate Constitutional rules assume positions of power and create laws that the rest of us are expected to live by.

Elected officials may hide behind laws that protect them while in office, but they can't dodge Constitutional responsibility for failure to uphold their Oath of Office.

All Constitutionally unqualified candidates must immediately be removed from the race for President.
