Presumptive Democrat Presidential candidate Senator Barack Obama has disqualified himself from holding his current elected office and disqualified himself from ever holding the office of President of these United States.

If he persists in office as a Senator he does so illegally and must be removed immediately, by force if necessary. If he continues his campaign for President he does so with no authority to assume the office of President if elected.

How did this happen?

Look in the U. S. Constitution, where qualifications for holding elected office as a Senator or President are plainly written.
Article 6 of the U. S. Constitution says "The Senators and Representatives before mentioned, and the Members of the several State Legislatures, and all executive and judicial Officers, both of the United States and of the several States, shall be bound by Oath or Affirmation, to support this Constitution ..."

Article 2 of the U. S. Constitution says "Before he enter on the Execution of his Office, he shall take the following Oath or Affirmation: - 'I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.'"

Now look at Senator Obama's Global Poverty Act of 2007, Obama's bill S-2433. This bill is a direct attack on the U. S. Constitution that Senator Obama swore to support when he assumed office, and a direct attack on the U. S. Constitution that a future President Obama would be required to "preserve, protect and defend.'

There is no sidestepping this issue. Senator Obama's Global Poverty Act of 2007 trashes the U. S. Constitution in many ways.

For example - Article 1, Section 7 of the U. S. Constitution says "All Bills for raising Revenue shall originate in the House of Representatives . . ." Senator Obama's Global Poverty Act of 2007 would be funded by a required massive tax increase on the American people. The Global Poverty Act of 2007 originated in the Senate, not in the House as required by the Constitution. At first, 0.7% of the entire U. S. Gross National Product would be sent to the United Nations which would administer the funds. The United Nations would have authority to increase this rate of taxation at will, without first receiving approval from the U. S. House of Representatives concerning this tax.

In violation of the Second Amendment to the U. S. Constitution, Senator Obama's bill requires the United States to implement the United Nations' Millennium Declaration which bans personal firearms. That is a direct attack on the U. S. Constitution that Senator Obama swore to uphold and is, in itself, sufficient for immediate and permanent dismissal from service in government.

In direct violation of the Enumerated Powers in Article 1 of the U. S. Constitution, and in direct violation of Amendments 9 and 10, Senator Obama's bill requires that the United States agree to sign on to a whole series of Treaties that transfer our national sovereignty bit-by-bit to control of the United Nations.

Senator Obama is in massive and chronic violation of his Oath of Office on so many counts, each of which, by itself, is sufficient for immediate and permanent removal from government service.

Senator Obama has fully disqualified himself for remaining in office and from ever assuming the Office of President of these United States.
