"The land of the free" will be lost when "the home of the brave" changes owners. "The land of the slaves and the home of the cowards" doesn't have quite the same ring to it.

(From a report by Jim Kouri)

....a police commanding officer in New Mexico returned to his office after attending a conference in Las Vegas to find he was placed on "administrative leave" by political leaders in his jurisdiction... the Chief was ... ordered to disband his police department after the Chief signed a pledge and Declaration by CSPOA to uphold the Constitution of the United States of America and the Bill of Rights.

While attending the convention, Harger, along with 38 other police officers, signed a declaration affirming their pledge to "obey and observe" the U.S. Constitution, in addition to refusing to carry out unconstitutional orders such as gun confiscation without constitutionally compliant warrants, violations of the 4th amendment without probable cause, detainment or incarceration of citizens without probable cause, or working with the military for domestic law enforcement. • See also another of Jim Kouri's reports which tends to demonstrate the type of police force the administration prefers today.
