I have published numerous articles recently about the strange state of affairs in the EET school in Baotou Inner Mongolia. See list at the bottom of this article.
Currently it seems that the Management of that school are telling lies to their clients. The Australian former employee of EET was apparently in the process of talking to some of the parents of his former students the other day, when they received a telephone call from EET management saying that the staff member had had to return to Australia, but that he would be back on October 17th.
Isn't it lovely when you get caught in the act of lying?
Here is a copy of a letter sent to the Shanghai based EET franchise David Gao.
Although it seems obvious to me that EET business partners care nothing for the law, I do feel that I should let you know that even common Chinese peasants know that when one leaves the country, one's passport is marked by an 'entry/exit' stamp.
I do not believe it is going to do your reputation any good to be telling your clients that I returned to and am currently in Australia because my sister is ill, and that I shall return to EET on October 17th, when, in fact, during this same period when I am supposed to be out of the country, those same clients are stopping to talk to me on the streets of Baotou.
This lie being told by EET management, can be easily refuted. I am surprised that such an astute busnessman as yourself can allow such lies to be told.
In due course you will receive by mail, hard copies of documents presently delivered by email; and indeed, you shall receive others as well.
Having been previously mistreated and cheated of money in a Chinese school, I am determined this time to stand up and make a fuss. I don't care if I have to tell the whole world about the misdeeds of your school, and I don't care if I get thrown out of China in the process.
The world should be made aware of how incredibly devious and abominable the Han Chinese are in the running of their schools. Oh! I forgot! Yours is not a Chinese School is it? It is a foreign school run by Taiwan and Canadian foreigners.
Well, I'm sure the Chinese authorities are interested to ensure that foreign businessmen do not tarnish the image of China or it's Education system. I'm sure that in time we will know if that last statement is true!
Yours in absolute Sincerity!
Ross P Deecke.
Read this Dec 11, 2010 article of a foreign teachers interview with this company. The article does not mention EET by name.
