Jewish Trees must be destroyed

This photograph appeared in the photograph of the Week section at Magic City on Jun 3, 2012 along with a little story about how 'trees' planted by Jews pose a threat to Muslim Arabs.

The order to uproot Jewish Trees was overturned at that time but the final outcome published in Israel National News is that the trees must go.

  • Palestinian Authority Arabs and Women in Green have been involved in a long-term battle over whether the land can remain in Jewish hands or be taken over by Arabs. Katsover and Matar point their fingers at outgoing Defense Minister Ehud Barak for the latest uprooting orders.
