Let's depose the PTA Lady in Hartford, Connecticut.

Connecticut Republicans seem to be afraid that she will not run, but what actually has she done to help the Republican Party? Or, the State of Connecticut?

Well, nothing. The PTA Lady has watched the Republicans slip into a minority in the Senate that cannot sustain a veto. What difference does her presence in Hartford make versus a Democrat occupying the governor's chair? Maybe the Democrats silently like having her in office. She cannot do anything. She agrees to about everything. In addition, that gives the appearance of bi-partisanship to their mendacious schemes.

The PTA Lady seems to think that being governor and head of a state political party are an honorary positions. Sort of like the Queen of England. Where the regent reigns but does not rule. As powerless regent, you get a salary, a nice car, some personal bodyguards, but don't really do anything.

The PTA Lady does not seem to believe that there is an obligation from the leaders to the supporters. In her view, it appears that there is only, an obligation for the followers to call her Governor and bow in her regal presence.

The PTA Lady seems to have appeared in few, if any, candidate fundraisers. Has she appeared at any campaign marches, Fourth of July celebrations for candidates, or lifted a solitary finger to do anything for any Republican other than herself?

The PTA Lady's treatment of Alan Schlesinger was a disgrace. She did not appear on stage with him at the convention. This was a clear chance with a united Republican Party to take a Senate seat. The PTA Lady then sabotaged his run for the U.S. Senate.

The PTA Lady vetoed in-state tuition for illegals, but there are 75,000 plus illegal aliens in the State of Connecticut. What has she done to remove them? Nothing. State and local officials have the full right to enforce federal immigration laws. But, beyond that, employers of illegals are violating state laws as to tax evasion, unemployment compensation requirements, identity theft, and workers insurance fraud, among other things.

The PTA Lady could enforce immigration laws. Then 75,000 more CT citizens would be employed in the state. Instead, the PTA Lady does nothing.

The PTA Lady has been totally missing on the question of Gay Marriage. Passive acceptance of the court's decision was her surrender.

The PTA Lady has said to nary a word about Second Amendment Rights.

The PTA Lady seems to be lost in the shadows on the Right to Life.

The CT Republican Party is not going to go anywhere, except into oblivion, until it represents the aspirations, economics and values of the blue-collar working class. It doesn't. It represents the values of the country club RINO's and the PTA Lady.

It is a dubious proposition that she can win in 2010. And, as stated above, if she does run and win, SO WHAT?  CT and CT Republicans are clearly better off without the PTA Lady.

To make it perfectly clear, the pit bull with lipstick challenged an incumbent governor in a primary, won the primary and then won the election. She then became the most electrifying candidate in the nation.

What CT needs is a pit bull with or without lipstick.
