There is a major criminal conspiracy operating with impunity within the government and the courts of the United States. That conspiracy aims to, by violence, obstruct the administration of the laws, defeat the course of justice, provide protection to known criminals, and to deny citizens the constitutional rights to due process and protection of the laws.
Many high-level United States government officials are directly implicated in the numerous criminal offenses perpetrated in the case. The serious crimes include domestic terrorism, murder, insurrection against the laws of the United States, treason, and attempts to suppress the sedition by killing a key witness. The charges have to date been covered up and have not been investigated or prosecuted.
This lawlessness commenced in a Washington State Court where criminal offenses committed by a state judge led to appeals for the protection of the laws by a litigant/ witness. When local authorities willfully failed to address the judge's crimes, additional criminal charges were filed against the delinquent local authorities and further appeals were made to higher levels of officials. A cycle of obstruction of justice followed with more appeals for protection of the litigant/witness against escalating intensity of retaliation by the officials involved.
Over a period of a decade, some 13,000 appeals for the administration of the laws upon the offenders had been lodged with more than 15,000 US government officials from 620 state and federal institutions tasked with law and order. The appeals for protection were willfully ignored and instead the 15,000 US government officials who were approached illegally protected their lawbreaking colleagues from prosecution and thus rendered themselves culpable in the criminal conspiracy.
In addition, the 15,000 conspiring officials retaliated by destroying the career and livelihood of the key witness; they prevented him from practicing his profession; illegally removed incriminating evidence from the courts; denied him justice; and on three occasions abortively attempted to kidnap and murder him in order to silence his testimony in the courts. The attempts to kill the witness instead led directly to the death (the murder) of 158 innocent people in India.
That malevolence involved two consecutive United States Presidents and Vice Presidents, 5 consecutive Attorneys General, Congressmen, and Admirals and Generals of the Armed Forces, amongst other; as well as industry officials from the Boeing Company, the Ford Motor Company, and Air India. Although this criminal endeavor developed into a case of domestic terrorism in the United States, it also proliferated and transcended national boundaries in terms of the locale in which the perpetrators have influence, operate, and enjoy asylum. A number of officials from international governments and organizations have become embroiled in the criminal scheme by actively providing safe haven and passage, and material support, to the group of lawbreakers from the United States and India.
Fifty one (51) interrelated court cases (which spawned 220 court proceedings) were filed in the US courts - and one in the India Supreme Court - in an effort to secure the personal safety of the witness and the public in general (both in America and India) through 'protection of the laws'. The court cases also sought to animate the United States and Indian justice systems to address the deluge of criminal offenses committed by the international group of conspirators. (See for example U.S. District Court, Colorado, case nos. 08cr85, 08cr86, 08cr87; and U.S. District Court, Delaware, case nos. 10-802, 08cv97, and 10-36).
Perversely, in order to protect the malfeasant US officials from prosecution, the United States Courts accused the witness of being a vexatious litigant engaged in abuse of the court system. The courts denied the witness due process of law in every case; denied all 220 motions and/or proceedings; summarily dismissed 50 court cases in succession (bar the initial case) sans addressing the criminal offenses committed by officials; and threatened the witness with incarceration should he continue to pursue the 'protection of the laws' in the courts. The United States Courts thus left the witness at the mercy of malevolent officials.
Acting in concert to protect US Government, Boeing Company, and Air India officials from the consequences of their crimes, the Indian Supreme Court willfully neglected to address the criminal charges filed against those officials in their court. (See Supreme Court of India, Diary Nos. 5352/2006/SC/PIL and 13690/SC/PIL/2010). That neglect proved to be to the fatal detriment of the 158 people whose deaths could have been prevented if the court had acted in a proper manner. The suppression of law and justice and the impunity afforded to US Government, Boeing Company, and Air India officials engaged in violent criminal offenses, thus exacted an awful toll in human life and sanctioned the ongoing plot to murder a key witness.
United States Government officials are habitually vociferous about the suppression of human rights in other countries. Yet, this matter demonstrates that without the faithful application of the laws upon lawbreaking US government officials, the American people are no more 'free from tyranny' than those who live under more overt dictatorships.

Notes:
Anthony P. Keyter is a litigant and key witness to the proliferation of a major criminal conspiracy within the United States Government. By virtue of his testimony before the courts regarding that criminal endeavor, he became the victim of three abortive attempts upon his life. Evidence indicates that he is the quarry of an ongoing US Government assassination plot in order to silence his witness.
Additional Information: An outline of the major criminal endeavor is provided in a 'Synopsis of the Case' which can be found on the website www.anthonykeyter.com. A list of the 51 interrelated court cases and an overview of each case is provided on the website under 'Court Cases Overview'. Details on the murder of 158 people in India may also be found on that website in court documents relating to court cases against the Boeing Company and Air India.
The proliferation of the extensive criminal endeavor over the past decade is meticulously documented in an exposition titled: "Treatise on the Practical Application of the Laws in the United States of America". This treatise reveals that the United States justice system hopelessly fails to dispense with 'justice' as intended by the Constitution and the laws of the country and fails to administer the laws in a consistent manner across the full spectrum of the population. The evidence includes a 2000-page 'Dossier of Crimes' which painstakingly documents the violations of law by government and industry officials. This comprehensive work, comprising an estimated 40,000 pages (including the evidence), can be made available to dedicated scholars, researchers, and serious investigators who have more than just a cursory interest in the matter.
About Anthony Keyter
Anthony Keyter is a naturalized citizen of the United States and is a resident of the picturesque town of Gig Harbor in Washington State. Until recently he was a Senior Instructor Pilot with the Boeing Company in Seattle.
After military service as a paratrooper in an airborne unit, his early career was spent as a test pilot flying high performance jet fighters. A keen sportsman and adventurer, Anthony has climbed the 14,500-foot Mount Rainier, and has dog-sledded across many miles of Alaskan winter wilderness.
In his younger life Anthony kayaked numerous rivers of his native South Africa, including a 400-mile stretch of the inhospitable Orange River. He is also an enthusiastic sports aviator having owned a Tiger Moth biplane for 27 years. Anthony holds a Masters Degree in physics and space science from the University of Houston and is a keen musician.
Through the pursuit of justice in the United States courts, Anthony became an eyewitness to crimes committed by senior US government officials. His testimony against official misconduct in the courts made him the target of an abortive US Government assassination plot in order to silence his witness and to prevent public exposure of profound lawlessness within the United States Government. Since January 2002, Anthony has, without success, sought protection of the laws and sought to bring the perpetrators to justice.
