Obama Faces Criminal Complaint in US District Court for Maine
A Criminal Complaint has been lodged against President Obama in the US District Court of Maine for his leading role in a criminal conspiracy amongst certain senior US Government officials. The humiliating case is an acute embarrassment for the President and for the high-ranking officials who are co-defendants in the case.
The US District Court has however stepped in to salvage the ignominious situation for the President. Instead of filing a criminal case against President Obama, by which to address the criminal complaint, the US District Court simply opened a civil case under a civil title and case number 09-518. In this way the court can more readily dismiss the civil case without addressing the crimes, without appointing a prosecutor, sans dealing with grand juries or submitting to the requirements of the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure.
This iniquitous modus operandi, now employed in the US District Court for Maine, is often used by deceitful judges where criminal cases are filed against corrupt government officials which the federal courts do not wish to address. The subterfuge conveniently facilitates summary dismissal without investigation of the crimes and without due process of law. This mechanism is clearly what is intended for the criminal case against President Obama and his criminal co-conspirators in the US District Court for Maine. (Also see associated cases nos. 09-516 and 09-517).
In the interim, motions for injunction and for arrest of the defendants have been filed by the complaining witness in the Obama Case in order to seek protection of the laws as promised by the 5th and 14th Amendments of the US Constitution. It remains to be demonstrated in the Obama Case whether the principles enshrined in the Constitution (of justice, due process, and protection for all under the laws), are in fact a deterrent to law-breaking government officials.
