Candidates for Local Seats

MILLINOCKET -- Town Manager, Gene Conlogue, advises that as of the filing deadline on Friday September 19, 2008 at 5:00 p.m., nine (9) candidates have been verified for the three 3-year Town Council seats and two have been verified for the two 3-year School Board positions.

The Council candidates are Robert W. Curlew, Marsha H. Donahue, Scott Gonya, Dale F. Hayes, Michael A. Madore, Laura E. Manzo, Alyce V. Maragus, John F. Raymond, and Gilda G. Stratton. Scott Gonya is running as an incumbent.

The School Board candidates are Kevin J. Gregory and Thomas M. Malcolm, both of whom are assured a seat, as there are only two candidates and two open positions.
