President Obama's Investigative Commission

President Obama is leaving the door open for creating a 'Commission' to investigate members of President Bush's administration's use of interrogation techniques on alleged terrorists who were captured on the battlefield. The used tactics saved many American lives, without destroying one combatant's terrorist life.

Obama's decision to leave the doors open in creating a 'Commission' to investigate may be one more confirmation that President Obama is out to advertantly destroy our US Military, as we know it today.

Has our elective legislative members, and Liberal Judges, now 'lawyered' us to a point where each combatant terrorist captured on the battlefield now has "habeas corpus" rights?

Have we reached a moment where those in the White House, on Capitol Hill, and in the Judiciary leave us to a point that in a war, we must have lawyers and/or other investigators to defend and protect the combatants on the battlefield; then allow Judges to rule on what, where, and when our members of the military may or may not do? Will Americans allow this change to materialize? Why should our elected members on Capitol Hill and in our US Judiciary place 'habeas' as the only examination? Are we overruling and destroying our US Military Justice system?

To win freedoms and wars, our President and US Military 'must' be allowed to use unusual techniques forcing combatant terrorists provide all information whenever we are aware the combatant terrorists may have working substantial information, which may kill other Americans.

Our President, members in the Executive Branch Command, and/or members of our US Military should not be forced to reface the combatant terrorists and/or be tried in the Judiciary Branch, when their action is on the direction of the Commander In Chief. Do not destroy our US Military.
