Liberty is Dead! Democracy has Fallen!

Today William Jud forwarded to me, an email that he had received. It relates to an interesting article published in the Russian Pravda Newspaper (English version) opinion columns.

The theme of that article is that the U.S.A. has finally fallen to Marxism, just as did Russia, but that American pride is blinding American citizens to this truth.

It must be said, that like the breaking of a great dam, the American decent into Marxism is happening with breath taking speed, against the back drop of a passive, hapless sheeple, excuse me dear reader, I meant people.

First, the population was dumbed down through a politicized and substandard education system

Then their faith in God was destroyed... Even our Holy Orthodox (Russian Orthodox) churches are scandalously liberalized in America.

The final collapse has come with the election of Barack Obama. His speed in the past three months has been truly impressive.

These make our Russian oligarchs look little more than ordinary street thugs

They are also usurping the rights, duties and powers of the American congress (parliament).

..the American president now has the power, the self given power, to fire CEOs and we can assume other employees of private companies, at will.

Prime Minister Putin, less then two months ago, warned Obama and UK's Blair, not to follow the path to Marxism, it only leads to disaster.

The Russian owners of American companies and industries should....divest while there is still value left.

The proud American will go down into his slavery with out a fight, beating his chest and proclaiming to the world, how free he really is. The world will only snicker.

It is said that those who don't learn the lessons of history are doomed to repeat them. Should we be looking more closely at (Marxist; Communist; Russian; Chinese) History to see if political reality in the United States of America still resembles the dream of the Republic's founders?
