Bravo for Jan Herron

I stumbled across the Magic City News article on the internet:

Elective Dysfunction 2008; Sovereign Nation USA at Risk from Inside
By Jan Herron

I applaud this article, Magic City News, and Ms Herron for printing the truth. It is even worse here on the border of the U.S.A. I live in Escondido, San Diego County, California and grew up in Chula Vista near the Mexican border in the 1950's. I have seen this area go from a nice place to live to a trashed and trashy place to move from due to a mass illegal alien resident influx, which more and more native San Diegans are doing, moving to other states. If more citizens spoke the truth here perhaps we wouldn't have so many illegals living here without fear of deportation or jumping off from San Diego County to migrate to other states. I would move too, but being a 5th generation native So. Californian, all of my family are here and wouldn't know where to go.

I am fast becoming the new minority in my own home town and Governor Schwartzenegger is currently looking to the Indian Gaming Casinos for increased revenue to support the increased financial burden put upon the State of California due to free education, free food and housing (welfare), and free health care for illegal immigrants, in addition to the increased crime related costs including incarceration which has critically over-populated the State's prisons, which in turn leaves criminals on the street due to no-more-room in the over-crowded jails and prisons. Governor Schwartzennegger should be looking at deporting all of the illegal aliens, from whatever nation they snuck in from, and altogether eliminate this fiscal burden on the state's taxpayers. It would be cheaper to deport them than to support them.

Where are America's other investigative journalists willing to stand up and tell the truth like Magic City News? There are tremendous consequences and effects of the illegal immigration disaster that seriously threatens the very existence of this country and our government leaders and the media have not been discussing them with the citizens of the United States! God help us if any pro-amnesty President is elected, the U.S.A. will have no hope of recovering from our newly emerging 3rd world status.

Bravo! from a 56-year-old lady living on the border of insanity in San Diego County.

Mrs. C. Frazier

P.S. My family came to California from Maine during the Gold Rush. My 6th Great Grandfather, Henry Jones III, received a land grant in Turner, Maine, for duty in the Revolutionary War fighting off the British invaders in Massachusetts. We should be declaring war on the Mexican invaders now, they are taking over without a fight.
