Current "elected officials" promised voters in the last election that they would do a job, but we're getting along without them. How many of us would still be employed if we spent months "in absentia?" The business of running America must be a well-oiled machine. "Lawmakers" miss committee meetings and votes on "important legislation," but America survives. Is there a need to replace them?
