Firm Increases Business and Staff in Spite of Economy

Campus Crest, a national developer of first-class housing and lifestyle tailored to meet the needs of students who desire an alternative to traditional apartments and dormitories, is adding staff and promoting from within to meet its expanding business. While many companies are experiencing high turnover and the hit of cutbacks and layoffs, Campus Crest continues to grow and strengthen in numbers and in quality.

Promotions include: Controller, Heather McCormack, promoted to Vice President of Administration; Fixed Asset Accountant, Emily McVann, promoted to Controller; Sales Manger for the Grove at Asheville, NC, Mel Bernard, promoted to General Manager; General Manager for the Grove at Mobile AL, Will Berry, promoted to Area Manager; Business Office Manager for the Grove at Mobile, AL, Ricki Glenn, promoted to General Manager; and Sales Manger for the Mobile, AL, Jason Young, promoted to General Manager for the Grove at Troy, AL.

New additions include: Treasury and Investor Reporting Manager, Matt Mahoney; Real Estate Transaction Manager, Joel Bartis; Roving Sales Manager, Amanda Stewart; General Manager of the Grove at Witchita, KS, Megan Otto; General Manager of the Grove at Jonesboro, AR, Julie Smith Maxwell; and Vice President of Leasing, Yvette St. Pierre.
