Following the demolition of nine houses in Ma'ale Rehavam (Israel) this morning, the Women in Green organization expresses the hope that this is not an indication of the policy being established by Netanyahu's new administration.
The Women in Green organization view severely the demolition of the houses this morning in Ma'ale Rehavam, Gush Etzion.
"The destruction today in Ma'ale Rehavam is especially painful, following the 'kashrut certificate' the Bedouins got only two weeks ago" say organization heads, Yehudit Katsover and Nadia Matar, referring to the Knesset's approval of minister Begin's outline for regulating the illegal settlements of the Bedouin population.
"We hope this is not an indication of the policy of the new administration", alert Katsover and Matar, as they call to the political system to "pull itself together, snap out of the elections mentality and start taking action: adopt the Edmond Levi report and apply Israeli sovereignty over Judea and Samaria".
Katsover and Matar finish their response to this morning's severe event with a supporting message to the people of Ma'ale Rehavam who, with the support of several youths, began rebuilding the demolished structures.
