Early next week the United States Congress is tasked with the routine duty of ratifying Barack Obama's re-election to the US Presidency. What at first glance appears to be a mere formality, in reality presents another precipice for Congress to negotiate. The consequences of going over this 'new precipice' could prove far more perilous to America's image and financial markets than the recent 'fiscal cliff' fiasco.
Although little attention has been paid to the matter, the stark reality is that if Congressmen ratify President Obama's re-election, they will do so in violation of the United States Constitution and criminal statutes.
Congressmen have in their possession copies of criminal charges filed against President Obama for his role in aiding and abetting an extensive insurrection against the laws of the United States. That 'insurrection' entails, inter alia, the cover-up of the crimes of: treason; seditious conspiracy; misprision of felony, and murder committed by US Government officials and Boeing Company officials. The two groups also conspired to kidnap and murder a court witness to their offenses. (Court case numbers are provided below).
President Obama has played a leading role in defeating the course of justice in the treason cases and in the 'Boeing Company murder case', and in quashing all attempts to bring the perpetrators to trial.
Congress was kept informed of the extensive insurrection against the laws within the Executive Branch and the US Courts, and of President Obama's major role in protecting lawbreaking US Government officials from prosecution. Yet, Congressmen have chosen to remain silent and have fallen in line with the nefarious scheme to cover-up the criminal endeavour.
The United States Constitution and certain laws unequivocally debar anyone from holding office under the United States who has engaged in such subversive acts. Should Congressmen ratify President Obama's re-election early next week, that act will be in direct violation of the 14th Amendment, Section 3, of the US Constitution, as well as the criminal statutes 18USC2381 and 18UC2383.
In that likely eventuality, each US Congressman will have participated in and furthered the aims of the underlying insurrection against the laws of the United States, rendering themselves party to that sedition to their own discredit and to the shame of the American nation - making a mockery of the US Constitution.

Re: Imminent Criminal Offense Involving Congress
My correspondence of 12/1/12 re "Unlawful Election of President", and 12/17/12 re "Sedition Charges", refer. (Letters attached).
You are again advised that, pursuant statutes 18USC2381, 18USC2383, and the US Constitution, 14th Amendment, Section 3, Barack Obama is forbidden to hold office under the United States because of his leading role in an insurrection against the laws. In accordance with the same statutes, Congressmen of the 112th Congress who aided and abetted that insurrection against the laws are forbidden to elect a President.
The seditious acts of President Obama and certain Congressmen are meticulously documented in the Boeing Company murder case (federal case no. 12cv474RSL). That case was corruptly dismissed from the US District Court, Western Washington, by a judge who is himself a defendant in the case. The case remains pending (although obstructed), in the US Supreme Court. Criminal charges against President Obama and the Congressmen implicated were also lodged with you at House and Senate Legal Counsel, where all other correspondence and documents relating this matter are filed.
Should the 113th Congress knowingly ratify President Obama's illicit re-election in defiance of the Constitution and the laws, you will be violating the aforementioned statutes on a further count and will plunge the United States into a legal and moral crisis from which it will be difficult to recover. Therefore, obey the Constitution and the laws and do the right thing - not just for your own sake, per se, but also for the sake of the reputation of the American nation.
