The largest global enterprise in the world (and it's not Apple)

Hi, My name is S.T, Stone. Holiday greetings to my brothers and sisters in New England.

I belong to a Global Enterprise. We have branches in every country in the world, and representatives in every parliament and board room on earth. We work at hospitals, schools, training centers for the handicapped, newspapers, radio stations, municipalities, and every trade imaginable. We are into life insurance and fire insurance, and care for our clients from birth to death. Our original organizer owns all the real estate on Earth, plus a wide assortment of galaxies and constellations. He made everything, He knows everything, and He lives everywhere. Our product is free for the asking and there's not enough money to buy it. Our CEO was born in a hick town, worked as a carpenter, didn't own a home, was misunderstood by His family, hated by His enemies, deserted by His friends, and accused, convicted, tortured, and executed without a fair trial for crimes He did not commit. In spite of this, He walked on water, rose from the dead, and saved us from our sins, I don't know much; but I am sure of what I know, and I have a Friend who does know. I talk to Him every day, and read His Book whenever I can. I am proud to call myself a Christian.

My new book, Stepping Out A New Believer's Guide, is my spiritual autobiography. I pray that my readers can benefit from my insights and experiences and that they come to realize the spiritual benefit ... WHEN YOU READ THE BIBLE THROUGH

I supposed I knew my Bible,
Reading piecemeal, hit or miss,
Now a bit of John or Matthew,
Now a snatch of Genesis,

Certain chapters of Isaiah,
Certain Psalms [The Twenty Third]
Twelfth of Romans, First of Proverbs-
Yes. I thought I knew the Word!

But I found that thorough reading
Was a different thing to do,
And the way was unfamiliar
When I read the Bible through.

You who like to play at Bible
Dip and dabble, here and there,
Just before you kneel, a weary,
And yawn through a hurried prayer;

You who treat the Crown of Writings
As you treat no other book,
Just a paragraph disjointed,
Just a crude impatient look-

Try a worthier procedure,
Try a broad and steady view;
You will kneel in very rapture
When you read the Bible through!

Amos R. Wells

S. T. Stone
Author of
"Stepping Out"

S. T. Stone is an ordinary man who lives in a typical small town with his best friend of thirty-two years. Although he has no formal training, he loves the Lord and steadfastly maintains that "Christianity is not a religion; it is a relationship. You can't serve Jesus Christ unless you love Him, and you can't love Him unless you know Him. Our job is to help folks get to know Jesus. God will do the rest." Often the first step out of spiritual darkness for a new believer can be compared to the groundhog's reaction after he sees his shadow. In the book, Mr. Stone describes what happened to him: "It was like God was playing a game of chess with me and had just taken my first pawn--a seemingly insignificant move at the time but a profoundly important event in terms of the final outcome of the game."
