Ten Bucks Theatre presents a staged reading of the Obie Award winning play Terra Nova by Ted Tally - Directed by Julie Arnold Lisnet

"In the winter 0f 1911-12, five Englishmen and five Norwegians raced each other to the South Pole. Only the five Norwegians returned. This is the story of the Englishmen."

Come along on an epic journey to the bottom of the earth in a gripping tale of exploration, daring, love and loss that has stood the test of time. Leave safety and home behind and join us on a harrowing trek across ice, danger, extreme beauty and extreme tests of man's ability to brave nature at its harshest. Adapted from Robert Scott's own journals.

Ten Bucks staged a highly successful full production of TERRA NOVA in 2003 and is bringing it back to mark the 100th anniversary of the attempt between Englishman Robert Falcon Scott and Norwegian Roald Amundsen to be the first to reach the South Pole.

TERRA NOVA features Adam Cousins as Capt. Robert Scott, Ben Layman as Roald Amundsen, Alexa Steele as Kathleen Scott, Brent Hutchins as Bowers, Nathan Roach as Oates, Ron Lisnet as Dr. Wilson and Randy Hunt as Evans.

Admission is free, but donations would be greatly appreciated.
