School of Robinson Ballet Pre-Season and Fall Classes:
Classes and auditions are held in the spacious Robinson Ballet dance studios at 107 Union Street in Bangor (above the Greyhound Bus Station). Detailed information at www.robinsonballet.org
Pre-Season Classes - Ease back into the busy dance season and Nutcracker auditions by taking our Pre-Season Classes the week of August 22! Ages 9 and up. Classes will be held Monday through Thursday. Choose from ballet, pointe, jazz and modern. Sign up for as many as you like.
Fall Classes - Fall dance classes begin Wednesday, September 7. Remember at Robinson Ballet there is no registration fee. Registration by phone begins August 29 (990-3140) and in person on Saturday, September 3 from 11AM to 1PM. Classes are held throughout the year for dancers of all ages and abilities.
Classes include ballet, pointe, partnering, jazz, tap, modern, contemporary, hip hop, and preschool.
School of Robinson Ballet Faculty:
Instructors are RBC Artistic Directors Keith and Maureen Robinson, former RBC dancer Dale Robertson, Stevie Dunham who holds a BFA in dance and choreography, and Terry Lacy, former professional dancer with NYC Opera, Radio City Christmas Spectacular, and Washington Ballet. Teaching the Jazz/Modern class on Mondays will be RBC dancer, Caitlyn Davenport.

New Event at Robinson Ballet Announced:
Robinson Ballet Studio Series:
Wish you could see your favorite Robinson Ballet Pieces again? The Studio Series is your chance.
The Studio Series will draw from RBC's 34 years of choreography to recreate two one-hour long evening performances. Audience members should expect to see some of their favorite pieces as well as vintage choreography.
Performed in the Union Street Brick Church on October 22 7PM, the Studio Series will be a place for the audience to mingle and converse while enjoying complimentary fancy deserts and coffee before and after the performance.
Seating is limited so reserve your tickets early.
Tables for 8 can be reserved as well. Tickets are $15 each and will be available September 1 at the RBC studios and online. The second half of the series will be held in May as well as additional performance opportunities throughout the year.
Robinson Ballet Upcoming Auditions:
Studio Series Auditions Friday, August 26 - 10AM. All dancers are invited to audition. Dancers will need to bring pointe shoes and, if chosen, will be committed to Friday afternoon rehearsals.
The Nutcracker Auditions Saturday, September 10 - 9:30AM - 10:30AM for dancers age 9 - 12 and 11AM to 12:30PM for dancers age 12 - Adults.

Robinson Ballet extras:
In addition to regular ballet, pointe, modern, jazz, contemporary, hip hop, partnering and tap. Zumba is held on Tuesdays from 6:00PM to 7:00PM and Middle Eastern Dance is held on Wednesdays 6:30PM to 7:45PM starting on Sep. 7 (8 week session). These classes not part of the regular RBC curriculum and must be paid for separately.
