In February 2005 an article entitled Brisbane City's Captain Sandy Stewart was published here at Magic City.  It told of Sandy Stewart's holiday tour through Queensland Australia. That article was republished on Jul 29, 2011.

Captain Sandy Stewart became well known for his personality as a 'Tour Captain' on the Brisbane City Sights tours run by the Brisbane City Council. After he retired he was diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease, and his wife took him off on an 'outback' tour of Queensland so that at least he has something to remember when he has forgotten who he is. During their trip Elaine made Sandy write a journal, and from that journal, he wrote the story mentioned above.

During the Server Change at Magic City, the photographs that accompanied that story were lost. Those photographs were eventually restored and then this file was created simply to present a few more.

I hope you enjoy them.
