AUGUSTA -- Representative Henry L. Joy (R-Crystal) recently hosted an Honorary Page for the day at the second regular session of the 123rd Maine Legislature. Representative Joy's guest on March 27 was Emilie Newman of Ludlow, located within Joy's District 9 coverage area.

Emilie Newman is the 13-year-old granddaughter of Renee and the late Harold Welch of Millinocket; and the daughter of James and Andrea Newman, formerly of Medway.
