BELFAST, MAINE -- A writers' conference will held by the Maine Fellowship of Christian Writers on August 8, at First Baptist Church in Belfast. The theme is Rightly Dividing the Word of Truth.

The all-day event will feature workshops, small group sessions by genre, and an opportunity for attendees to read from their work. Cost is $30 if pre-registered, or $40 at the door. Partial scholarships are available, and will be granted on the basis of an essay.
