"Special Committee on the Termination of the National Emergency. [93rd Congress, Senate Report No. 93-549, Nov. 19. 1973"] Words from that report.

"Since March 19, 1933, the United States has been in a state of declared emergency. In fact, there are now four presidentially proclaimed states of national emergencies; in addition to the national emergency declared by President Roosevelt in 1933 there are also the national emergency proclaimed by president Truman on Dec. 6. 1950, during the Korean conflict, and the states of national emergency declared by President Nixon on March 23, 1970 and August 15, 1971."

"These proclamations give force to 470 provisions of Federal law...delegate to the president extraordinary powers, ordinarily excercised by Congress,...confer enough authority[to the president] to rule the country without reference to normal constitutional processes."

From the Congressional Record {March 9, 1933]. Page 79.

"Section 2 confers upon the president the powers bestowed under the act of Oct. 6, 1917, regardless of whether or not the country is involved in a war."

Page 82 Mr. McGugin says, "Anyone knows that this government cannot now collect enough taxes to met our expenses...there is only one thing left for them, and that is to print money."

"Contracts payable in Gold" {Senate Report, Document No. 43, April 17, 1933 Page 9 --" The ultimate ownership of all property is in the State; individual so called ownership is only by virtue of government i,e.,l law , amounting to mere user; and use must be in accordance with law and subordinate to the neccessities of the State."

All of these documents are available on the internet. According to these documents we are in a state of war and controlled by thhe president alone. The congress cannot and will not come to our aid. This will explain the many unconstitutional laws being passed. This is why our president does not require the declaration of war to send our troops any place in the world. This is why our government can and does take as much land as they please.

We have been in a state of national emergency a since president Lincoln declared one and there is no hope of getting out from under. I have searched and I cannot find where any one of these declarations have been recinded. Maybe you can find one.

Were you under the impression that you owned your house or your land , car or business.  Read these documents and weep.
