Upon receipt of this book, "Choosing to Live : Enduring the Loss of a Loved One" by author Jerry D. Campbell, I was immediately struck by the fact that it was written in such a "low key" informational manner.
I was brought to tears upon reading the love-filled passages of a couple's love for one another the writer's agony in dealing with the loss of his beloved wife Veta.
"Choosing to Live" though small in pages, contains life changing information that all human beings should read because what Mr. Campbell experienced in the loss of his wife, can and will help prepare all those left behind in knowing what to do next. One never wishes to be "blindsided" by a sudden death as so many of us are.
This wonderful book takes one through all the necessary steps that are needed in order for us to recover and carry on when an "inevitable" (death) happens in our lives as it ultimately will, sooner or later.
I truly feel that every family should purchase this book and I will keep mine in a "special" place should the need to consult it arise.
Would I recommend this book to others?
