I couldn't wait to begin this, what turned out to be, very lovely story of two American teenagers, who were embarking on a very exciting voyage to the far away country of "Greenland."

I'm very pleased to say, I wasn't disappointed in any way. I loved the "sharing" of the story by the brothers and I loved the pictures/drawings of life in that far off frigid land and the descriptive phrases took you by the heart and hand, to a never, never land.

Having grown up in the northern land of Aroostook County, Maine, where winter temperatures can fall as low as -45 degrees, I could easily relate to these two boys and their harrowing, travel adventures.

I think that any child or adult who has even a little adventurous spirit would dearly love to read this tale.

The authors should be commended for their ability to write this beautiful, totally believeable story.

Would I recommend this book to others? ABSOLUTELY!!

Milt Gross Book Review: "Botswana, Egypt, and Great Bear Rainforest" by Patti Wheeler and Keith Hemstreet

The three are well written, which says a lot for both the writers and the editors at Greenleaf Book Group Press, which published the three this year on acid-free paper. This traditional publisher, which means it doesn't publish your book because you pay them to do so, "specializes in the development of independent authors and the growth of small presses."
